is the newest division of the Simple Assembly
Solutions Group (SAS). SAS over the years have
developed patented systems to improve manufacture and
assembly procedures for many of the well known
home/architectural improvement products available today.
All these products are
market leaders and are readily available to
architectural, commercial and domestic markets in
Australia and overseas.
SAS are now developing a new range of "Super Durable"
finishes for the aluminium industry.
SUPER DURABLE FINISHES
For the last 5 years the SAS Group has been
heavily involved in the research and development of “Super
Durable” finishes that would complement any non
welding assembly system including their own unique
patented systems. The aim of these new style “Super
Durable” finishes is to create a paradigm shift in
what the market can now expect from coated aluminium
finishes.
EUROWOOD™
Timber Imaged Finish: This new super durable timber
imaged finish
enables us to compete with traditional timber markets
with a product that looks and feels exactly the same as
real timber, but without any of the maintenance issues.
By using the latest European technology, which
incorporates “Photographic Realism”, we can not
only compete with real timber but can offer a 10 year
guarantee even for beachfront locations. Eurowood™
Timber Imaged Finish is the second “Super Durable” finish the SAS
group has developed.
SAHARA
LOC-COAT™: Was the first “Super Durable”
finish to be developed. The Sahara Loc-coat™
range of marine grade powder coating was
originally developed for a six star hotel in Dubai
in the Middle East to withstand their extreme
climactic conditions.
Normal powder coating would not stand the test of
time in this beach location on the Arabian Gulf
due to the extreme heat, extreme cold, driving
wind, sand storms and high salinity. Sahara
Loc-coat is also guaranteed for 7 years, including beachfront locations. |

Market acceptance of Sahara Loc-coat™ as a
tough durable textured finish has been so rapid
that it is now being used on many leading
architectural and commercial projects. It comes in
nine colours that mirror most of the normal
colours used by the building industry today.
Special colours can be made to suit large
projects. |
In the first part of 2008 a third, very unique finish
will be released by the SAS Group to the market.
Stainless Aluminium™ offers the same look of
polished stainless steel but at a fraction of the cost.
Stainless steel products are expensive to manufacture,
as they require welding and polishing numerous times.
These are all very costly and labour intensive
processes.
This is not the case with Stainless
Aluminium™. For example, a Stainless Aluminium panel
for balustrading can be assembled ready to install in 5
to 10 minutes using the SAS patented assembly systems,
as no welding, rivets or screws are required.
NOTE:
By using our patented assembly systems in combination
with these new super durable finishes means that we not
only dramatically reduce manufacturing costs on our
complete range of products, but supply an aesthetically
pleasing product that has no unsightly welds, screws or
rivets.
The Stainless Aluminium finish can be used on all our
produts - Louvres,
Screening, Fences, Gates, Balustrades & Shutters. If
